dovesHow It Works

I have seen miracles happen to men and women in all walks of life.  I have such a strong knowledge and belief that miracles will happen to you, too- when you begin to use the magic power of your subconscious mind.  Hypnosis is fascinating and fun to use. To understand how hypnosis works you need to understand the inner workings of the human mind.

There are four levels or stages we are in daily.  First level is called---Beta. --- This is the level of complete consciousness.  You might say the thinking or the part of the mind that analyzes. This is the part of the mind you use to play golf, tennis or any activity that takes thought. The conscious mind is never quiet; it can take a thought and play it over and over again. So it is important what you tell yourself because the subconscious mind is always listening. The subconscious mind takes orders from your conscious thoughts and actions.  The subconscious mind does not think or judge.  The subconscious is our emotional part; it carries every thought and feelings you have about yourself, others and all of the good and bad in our lives.   Our subconscious mind controls us, so you can see how important it is to take back control of your life with the use of your subconscious mind.

The second level is what we call ---Alpha. ----Alpha corresponds to the subconscious mind, and this is what we deal with in hypnosis.  In the alpha state our ability to concentrate is 95 to 100%. When we are in our conscious state our ability to concentrate is only 25%.   Alpha state is when you are daydreaming or in a light trance. In this state you are more relaxed, have slower breathing and pulse. You have the ability to withdraw into self, and direction to imagined activity, which may be possible or impossible.

Closed eyes.   Increased level of internal functions, such as breathing.   Increased receptivity of senses.  Intensified imagination and literal interpretation of speech.   If I asked would you lift your arm you would say yes?

The deepest level of the subconscious is---Delta---this corresponds to deep sleep.  At this level we obtain the greatest level of rest. Suggestions will not be heard. This level last only thirty to forty minutes a night.  We go into different levels though out the night so we can take in information at different levels of consciousness. ----You have a wonderful gift to be able to reprogram your subconscious mind with your thoughts and actions, because the subconscious mind does not think or analyze.   You have the power within you to create miracles in your life.  All you need is a strong desire and knowledge of how to do it, or the use of someone that does.  This is why it is important to understand how your mind works to be able to make the transformations in your life that you desire and deserve.  With faith there are miracles, because what you think your subconscious goes to work to create. Because the subconscious does not think or judge it believes what ever to tell it or imagine weather it is a lie or the truth.  A wonderful gift you have the subconscious mind. This is why I enjoy doing personal CDs. The CDs that I have done I try and use all of your senses to get the best results possible.

Many young people realize that there is a void in their lives, and travel all over the world trying to “find” themselves. That elusive self can’t be found traveling, or even looking far awaybehind the door or bed.  The true self can be found looking inward rather than outward. Although we have free will to do anything we want to do, our decisions are based on the strength of our desires.  And the subconscious desires always outweigh the conscious ones.  A man may desire to stay in his warm bed on a cold winter morning instead of getting up and going you work.  But if his subconscious mind has established a habit of wanting to get up to avoid losing his job, he will act seemingly against his will and get up, in spite of the unpleasant weather.  An alcoholic may consciously desire to quite drinking.  He regrets seeing his wife’s love turning to disgust and his career going down the drain.  Yet he will continue to drink to excess in spite of conscious desire to quit.  An obese person may consciously agree that he would be happier if he could control his eating habit and reduce his weight , yet he finds it impossible to do so.  These people have accepted things consciously that which they have been unable to accept in their inner or subconscious minds. Although our conscious has the ability to reason, it cannot put its decision into action unless the subconscious agrees and directs its energies toward the implementation of our decisions. Our source of energy is the subconscious mind.  No amount of will power exerted by the conscious mind can override it.  So unless the subconscious is changed, the habits will continue to dominate, and will power can only dent the surface.  Our subconscious acts the way it has been programmed to act, exactly as a computer does, and much of this programming occurred before we were old enough to discriminate between ideas helpful or detrimental to our welfare.  For instance, if a child is told by an irritated mother, “you never do anything right! or what’s the matter with you?  Can’t dejectedyou do anything?” This child will often be a failure as an adult.  The critical factor in a child’s conscious mind is not developed fully enough to censor this negative factor, so it becomes an established fact in his subconscious that he can’t do anything right.  The subconscious has no critical, so it becomes an established truth any idea allowed to enter its computer like system.  The idea then becomes an integral part of the child's beliefs and consequent behavior. The conscious mind as an adult would reject the idea that he never does anything right and would not allow it to enter his subconscious.  Since many of the ideas accepted early in life are false, and many ideas accepted later are based upon the premise that the false ones are true, consider what a garbled assortment of half-truths false fears and unreasonable hates and prejudices we accumulate during and even after our formative years.

Before the age of ten our uncritical minds are programmed by misinterpretations of chance events and the opinions and superstitions of those about us, who, in turn, were poorly programmed in their formative years.  It is obvious that we must change our subconscious minds if we are to achieve self-mastery.  When this is accomplished, we can consciously direct our activity toward our goals we desire, including health, happiness, and financial success.  If you change your mind you can live happily ever after.  Of course life will hand out challenges but with a healthy mind they will be much easier to handle.  Hypnosis is a means of reaching your subconscious, and the subconscious is the driving force that runs us.  Hypnosis can bypass the conscious mind if you let go and allow the healthy messages in be accepted.  Because the subconscious does not judge it takes the messages as absolute truth.  This is really exciting. The subconscious is designed to be your servant to take orders given to it. So enjoy the scientific principles of self- hypnosis can offer you.
